Could someone tell me the socket size for the primary chain crankshaft sprocket on a 250 griffon please. I've tried 9/16W / 5/8BSF. I measured the nut as best as i could with a vernier and that is telling me it's 1inAF. All other nut sizes seem to be Whitworth. Problem is it appears i need a thin walled socket. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks. Mick.
