Racing Machines Database: RCS 166

Apart from a Norton front hub with John Tickle TLS brake, this bike in standard trim, even down to the fairing. This machine was the last ever RCS to be produced, in April 1965. It is raced regularly at CRMC meetings. Current owner writes: After seeing two guys at Lydden last weekend who took the details of my Silverstone to add to the register. I was keen to look at the site, I was interested to see that the picture of the Silverstone at the top of the Racing Machines section is in fact my machine must have been taken a few years ago.
