  • 2T Piston & Rings

Who would be my first source to go to for a .020+ piston and rings for my 2T Greeves Sports?

    Thanks,
    Kenny Sykes

I'd start with Villiers Services - details in LL. Well they do reckon they've got every post-war Villiers part...

      Hi Colin,

I'll give them a call. Are 2T pieces hard to come by? Not much here in States on the twins.

      Thanks,
      Kenny

Kenny, Villiers Services have got good stocks of 2T spares 20 thou oversize pistons should not be a problem. Here's their web address http://www.villiersservices.co.uk/index.htm drop them an email. I think the pistons will be around $50 each

Thanks very much for the info guys.

I'm in the dark on the twins. Frank Conley was able to help me with one new piston but with no rings. I still have to dig into the motor to check out the lower end. Never had a twin motor apart.

The model is a 25DC with non-paddle wheel hubs, a low number in production too. Ah! another project!
