  • Engine identification: GPA2 121

I have got a 250cc Greeves engine stamped GPA2 121. The barrel on the engine has a 2 9/16th inch centres between the carb studs - bigger than what I thought scramblers had. I was wondering if anyone could help identify what model it would have originally been fitted to?

GPA2 121 would be an RBS Silverstone , GPA2 140 started off the RCS series according to my book. Dogsbody

          GPA2 121 was originally fitted to a 1964 Greeves Silverstone - 24RBS111.

Thanks for the replies gents. Once again the GRA is a great source of knowledge.

Dogsbody, I do not plan on selling the engine.
