Can anyone tell me the best place to get a greeves frame straightened its a bit off a mess. It was cartwheeled down the road in 1970 and not used since

Is the alloy beam bent? Not so sure it is on to try and straighten it if it is.

      Frame damaged

Having seen what Dave Higgins did for a fellow member's frame when I took my barrel to him for repair you might like to send him a PM.

Sounds like it might be repairable. You haven't said which model it is, does it have a straight top tube? (I mean was it straight when it left the factory..)

Shame you can't post photos. If you send a couple to my email: colinsparrow@btinternet.com, I can post them for you.

The big (un)bender is at it again! We spent a weekend on a Featherbed frame. They are strong and we never did find out how it got twisted in the first place. I'm making a laser chainline set-up that I can take to events if anyone wants a quick check. It will need the guard taken off but will only take seconds to do the check.

Let me guess....your laser....does the beam start when you drop your trousers?

Brian, you need to try vi-aga, you can leave it on permanently (low setting) and also keeps the shed warm at the same time!

Probably available if you join the GRA. We do have most of the factory drawings.

                            Ranger drawings

Correct Colin, I have just finished scanning the copies Ken Lee sent me. All the battery drawings, resistor plate, even the binnacle

Like the Crown Jewels, if you want to see them there is an entrance fee - and as Dave has just posted
