    Being 1961 it WILL require an MoT. The cut off is vehicles manufactured before 1st Jan 1960. The following form will need to be filled in https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...112_150514.pdf

      What do you do with that form after you have filled it in?

        It says you have to produce it when taxing at a Post Office*. But I can't see the accompanying * instruction. If you send it off, you can't do the Post Office taxing. Is there any other instructions?

          You just as you say produce it at a Post Office when taxing vehicle.
