Looking for Moorland Blue paint I have found these people: RS Bike Paint and they actually list Moorland Blue (Their paint code is 17677) so I bought a 400ml aerosol paint for about £16.50 and sprayed a part for my Silverstone - looks great. Website is http://www.rsbikepaint.com/en-gb/colours.php use the paint selector - they appear to have other Greeves colours listed too.

Just to throw my two-penneth in, I decided to go with RAL5001 because resin gelcoat is readily available in that colour, so it's possible to make fibreglass parts in the native colour rather than having to paint them. I don't know that it's possible to get the resin manufacturers to produce small batches of a custom colour.
