  • East Coaster for sale

SKK 66G is for sale with a numberplate dealer John Cherry of Hessle tel 01482 627 628 email JC@Regplates.com They are asking £580 for the plate so assume would take less with a new age related number.
SKK 66G is the 'rebuilt' East Coaster with non Greeves frame number (KENT716) once owned & had engine rebuilt by GRA member ian2stroke

Looking on DVLA web site this East Coaster has lost its number plate, now on a MERCEDES E55 AM car as of March 2017. So looks like the number plate dealer has re registered the bike. Not really a problem in this case as it was not an original number as it was built up in 1969 from spare parts. As yet replacement number unknown.

Just bumping this thread as bike has not since surfaced. The reg number SKK66G is no longer showing on a vehicle on DVLA so presumably now on retention. Just a reminder frame number is KENT716 should it turn up on eBay etc.

I have now found the replacement number for SKK66G its UNH166G currently taxed till 1/10/23 with last V5c issued 5th Sept 2020 presumably when it had a new owner. Bit of a coincidence that the last two number s are 66, but then the last known owner John Cherry is a number plate dealer so probably managed to get a suitable number.

I have now found UNH166G (SKK66G), now owned by Gren Neale of Preston, Lancs. It was bought from Phil Cotton Motorcycles in November 2013. and was not owned by John Cherry the Regpates number plate dealer, he only sold the original number plate for Gren
