Big One at the Cumbria Classic – THE NOSTALGIA is just around the corner.
For those that are not aware this is a very special meeting for us Greeves riders where the main theme of the whole meeting (trials, ISDT and scrambles) is Greeves and I urge as many of you as possible to make what will be a great race weekend. There will be several ex-works Greeves riders in attendance, a display of Greeves bikes and memorabilia plus this round will have special sponsorship support from BluMarine with commemorative gifts/prizes for all those who make the pilgrimage. Big Thanks to Craig McCoo for his support and also of course to Dave Harper who has been working tirelessly behind the scenes with the organisers to make this happen for us.
We also will have a big attendance from the Greeves Riders Association who will be competing in the ISDT road route on Friday and the Trials on Saturday and several of these brave riders are also racing with us in the Greeves Championship on the Sunday (Don’t forget to play nicely as you always do!)
The GRA Hospitality suite will also be in attendance!
Don’t forget that we only drop one round – so for those (like Me) that have missed one – important to keep the championship points rolling.
There is camping available throughout the event from Wed through to Sunday – and don’t forget the picturesque Lake District is only a few miles away!
